Driver / Yardman

APlant Hire Co is an Australian owned family business that specialises in the hire of  Aluminium Trench Shoring and associated safety products to the Civil Construction Industry throughout Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

We are seeking an experienced HR Crane Truck Driver/ Yardman to join our team based in Glendenning NSW.

Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated HR Crane Truck Driver. This is a full-time position with overtime available.

Role:

• Timely and efficient delivery and collection of equipment to and from customers’ job sites
• Loading and unloading of equipment on to Trucks
• Maintenance of the trucks to a clean and presentable state.
• Operating a forklift
• General yard duties
• Manage OH&S and environmental hazards in the yard and on site

To be successful for this role you must have;

• Self Loading Crane ticket required
• Experience in crane trucks.
• An eye for detail and a “Can Do” attitude
• Accuracy with paperwork
• Ability to work unsupervised with excellent organisational skills
• Honest and reliable
• Must have a current driver’s licence
• HR truck licence essential
• Ability to work well as part of a team
