Every Sunday 24 Fit Club runs Free Fit Camp at Five Dock Park

Come join us for a fun group workout !

What you need:

- water bottle

- gym wear (sport shoes/runner, comfortable workout clothes)

- a sweat towel

- a mat if you are allergic to the grass

- hat or sunscreen (optional)

- a big smile, positive attitude

- be ready to have fun and meet new people

- bring friends and family members

Suitable for all males and females (Work at your own pace and level).
